Acceptance of Terms
By using the services of Mauritius Business Solutions (MBS), you agree to abide by these terms. If you disagree, do not use our services.Eligibility
Services are available only to registered businesses or incorporated companies in Mauritius. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these criteria.Services Offered
MBS provides software development, marketing strategy consultation, product packaging design, and internal corporate training tailored to the Mauritian market.Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information and maintain account confidentiality. They are responsible for all activities under their account.Payment Terms
Payments must be made as per the service agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees and service suspension.Intellectual Property
All intellectual property related to MBS services remains the property of the company. Clients are granted a limited license for internal use.Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information, even after termination of the agreement.Limitation of Liability
MBS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.Governing Law
These terms are governed by Mauritian law, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of Mauritian courts.Modifications to Terms
MBS reserves the right to modify these terms. Continued use of services implies acceptance of updated terms.Termination
Either party may terminate with written notice, subject to a 5-month notice period for material breaches. Clients must pay for services rendered up to termination.Force Majeure
MBS is not liable for failures due to events beyond control, such as natural disasters or government actions.Data Protection and Privacy
MBS complies with the Data Protection Act 2017, ensuring the privacy and security of user data.User Conduct and Legal Compliance
Users must comply with all laws and regulations, including intellectual property and anti-scam laws. Violations may result in legal consequences.Ownership of MoShop
MBS owns the MoShop platform and grants users a limited, non-transferable license.Breach of Terms
MBS may terminate services and seek compensation up to Rs. 500,000 in the event of a breach.
